A. MWOD:

Pigeon Pose total of 1 min on each side

 

B. Weightlifting:

15 min to 1RM Overhead Squat from the floor

 

C. WOD:

18 min AMRAP-

30 Double Unders

20 Sit ups

10 back squats (80% of overhead squat)

*DU scale = 90 SU

** Back squats come from the ground, then get OH to back rack

RX + = GHD sit ups

400m Jog
