Don’t consume extra fats after a workout. Fat slows down stomach emptying time… usually a good thing, but not so much after a workout.

A. Mobility: Banded Overhead Stretch 1 minute/side

B. Skill/Strength: Power Jerk from the Rack – 15 minutes to a heavy Triple
Barbell Warmup- 5 Strict Press, 5 Push Press, 5 POWER JERK

*Footwork in the Power Jerk is NOT THE SAME AS Push Jerk, feet move to squat stance
*NO PRESS OUTS
