15min to 1RM 3-Position Snatch (hi-hang, hang, floor)
*Note: no dropping the bar in between positions.
 
B. MWOD:
Overhead Shoulder Mobility
 
C. WOD:
8min Ascending Ladder –
50′ Burpee Broad Jump
2 Ring Dips
*Add (2) ring dips each round
