A. Weightlifting:
Strict Press – 5 x 3 @ 90-95%
(Look back at your best 5RM. You will do 5 sets of 3 reps at a weight between 90-95%. DO NOT FAIL any reps!
If you did this last week, your goal is to go up as you see fit. )
B. MWOD:
Calf Stretch – 3 x 10 squats
C. WOD:
For Time –
Run 1 Mile
50 Sit-Ups
RX+ will do GHD Sit-Ups
