*Note: In this complex, you will perform one snatch balance, stand up, then perform 2 overhead squats. You will have 12 minutes to find your heaviest load of this complex.

*Run 200m when you stop the first time
*Run 400m when you stop the 2nd time
*Run 600m when you stop the 3rd time
