Where Serious Athletes Go to Train Our goal is simple:

To help your athlete perform at their best-whether that’s making the team, dominating in-season, or preparing for the next level. Our approach is built on three essential pillars:

Fuel. Train. Recover. Each one plays a role in building faster, stronger, more resilient athletes.

Stage 1: Assessment & Evaluation Every athlete starts with a 1-on-1 performance assessment. This session helps us identify what’s holding them back and what they need to level up. We evaluate:

  • Speed potential and mechanics
  • Strength and power output
  • Mobility, stability, and injury risk
  • Change of direction and reactive ability
  • Movement quality using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

We don’t just test-we reverse engineer performance so we know where to focus training for the greatest impact.

Stage 2: Individualized Training Based on the assessment, we design a custom program that fits their sport, position, age, and schedule. Each session targets the areas that matter most:

  • Acceleration, max velocity, and agility
  • Strength and power development
  • Plyometrics and explosive movement
  • Conditioning and energy system development
  • Recovery strategies to train smarter, not just harder

Athletes train in a semi-private setting, giving them individual attention and coaching while surrounded by like-minded peers pushing toward their own goals.

Stage 3: Fuel & Recovery Coaching Performance doesn’t stop when the session ends. Our nutrition and recovery guidance helps athletes:

  • Build better habits around fueling for training and game day
  • Improve sleep, hydration, and stress management
  • Support long-term development and reduce injury risk

Athletes don’t diet and exercise – they fuel, train, and recover. And we make sure they’re equipped to do all three, every step of the way.
