Lax Ball 1st Rib – 3 x 30s
or
6-Way Ankle Mobility – 2 x 5 reps each position
 
C. WOD:
8min Ascending Ladder –
3 Power Snatch (95/65)
3 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
6 Power Snatch
6 Box Jump Overs
9 Power Snatch
9 Box Jump Overs
…continue adding 3 reps to each movement until time runs out
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
T-Spine LAX Ball – 3 minutes
