Nutrition:

Coffee can be an extremely beneficial beverage, as it’s packed with antioxidants and jacks up our fat burning potential, but we can’t let it negatively affect our hydration. Especially if we’re on the lower-carb side of the paleo spectrum, which makes us lose water.

Movement:

A.MWOD:

Banded lat stretch – 30 seconds ea. side
Open the chest up via doorway stretch – 30 seconds ea. Side

 

B. Skill:

Strict Pull-Ups – 4×8
*Use bands, bodyweight, or added weight to complete 4 sets of 8 reps. *Sets must be unbroken.
*Take time warming up to your 4 working sets.
*In between sets: mobilize and prep for metcon.

 

C. WOD:

20min AMRAP:

15 Wall Balls (20/14) to (10 ft./9 ft.)

10 Sit-Ups

30 Double Unders

*Rx+ = GHD sit-ups

Recovery:

5 minute easy bike, row, walk Lat, quad, calf smash
