B. MWOD:
Ankle Mobility – 2 x 45s ea side
C. WOD:
21-15-9
Overhead Squat
Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
*15min time cap
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Quad Roll Out – 2min ea side
