A. MWOD:

15 PVC Good Mornings + 15 Banded Good Mornings

 

B. Weightlifting:

25-30min to Deadlift
10 sets of 3 @ 50% of 1RM

*The focus here is speed while maintaining perfect form, not weight on the bar.

*Perform as 3 fast singles. Set-up with proper deadlift form, pull the bar fast while focusing on explosiveness, drop, and repeat for a total of 3 reps.
