B. MWOD:
Couch Stretch – 3 x 60s ea side
 
C. WOD:
12min Ascending Ladder:
5 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
10 Hand Release Push-Ups
15 Double Unders
…add 5 reps to each movement, each round. For instance:
10, 15, 20
15, 20, 25
20, 25, 30
25, 30, 35
30, 35, 40
35, 40, 45
*Notes:
1) Your feet may touch the top of the box, but there is no requirement to stand all the way up. You must start next jump from other side.
2) You might want to learn your double unders…just saying.
