C. WOD:

*Notes:
1) When you drop off the bar, you run.
2) RX+ will do C2B
3) Band assisted are ok, but you may not pick a band that allows you to do more than 5 reps.
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Lat Foam Roll – 2min ea side
