Pigeon pose (1 min ea side)
B. Warm Up: 3 rounds
10 jumping squats
active bottom of squat hold with KB (30 sec)
C. Weightlifting:
2 x 2 @ 100% Back Squat 1 RM
*3-4 warm up sets
** rest 2-3 min
*** If you have missed a good number of squat days… or fail before you get to 100%, go as heavy as you can.
D. WOD:
Tabata Double Unders (8 rounds)
