A. Weightlifting:
15min to the heaviest you can handle for the complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Clean + 1 Split Jerk (all cleans from power position)
B. MWOD:
Couch Stretch – 2 x 60s ea side
C. WOD:
10min AMRAP –
30 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
20 Pistols or Front Squats
10 Push Press
*Notes:
1) If you cannot do pistols, you’ll do 20 front squats
2) Pistols are 20 total, alternating
3) One bar entire time!
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Couch Stretch – 2 min ea side
