Push Press – 3, 3, 3
Push Jerk – 1, 1, 1
B. MWOD:
Banded Overhead Shoulder – 2 x 60s ea side
C. WOD:
For Time –

D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Foam Roll Legs – 2min ea side
