200 MILE RUN – 1/4/13

This weekend, our fellow CrossFitter Mark James participates in an incredible race that tests not only the endurance of each athlete involved, but also their mental fortitude and team chemistry. He is taking part in the Ragnar Relay, running from Miami to Key West, roughly 200 miles. Through the night. Non-stop. Yes, you read that correctly – RUNNING from Miami to the Keys!
