A. Skill:

15min of Hollow Rock Skill Transfer

– Practice Hollow Rock

– Practice Pull-Up OR Kipping Swing

– Practice Handstand Hold Position

B. MWOD:

Hip Flexion w/ External Rotation (3x30s each side)

C. WOD:

If ever there were a day where I would bet on people cherry-picking a WOD and having slim classes, THIS would be that day. Prove me wrong. If we surpass how many were at Monday’s WOD, I’ll do 100 burpees PER DAY for a solid WEEK! That’s in addition to my normal WOD schedule.
