Equip your kitchen. – If you don’t have the right tools you’re going to be limited in what you can. Invest in a food processor, blender, and a good set of knives as the essential foundation to your kitchen arsenal.

For Time, as a class:
100 Rope Climbs

*Rope Climb Scale = 5 Rings Rows for every 1 Rope Climb
*After every 5 Rope Climbs you complete, make a mark on the whiteboard and/or tell the coach
