For those that don’t know, our dear friend Zack is leaving us after this week…he has taken a promotion with his company that will move him to the always-happening town of Jackson, Mississippi! While we will certainly miss you Zack, we wish you the best of luck! It’s been a pleasure to have you and you will always be a part of the team at CrossFit For Glory.
Since we will be closed this coming Friday evening, Wednesday night at 7PM will be Zack’s last WOD with most of you (unless you come on Saturday @ 10am). Word on the street is that he wants to challenge me to a benchmark throw down…Jay, if you’re out there you are certainly welcome to join in!
