Snatch – 10min to heavy triple (try to beat last week) touch and go
-then- 1 x ME @ 75%
 
B. MWOD:
LAX + Scap – find a tender spot and fix it!
 
C. WOD:
5 RFT –
6 Snatch (135/95)
6 C2B
 
*Notes:

  1. Snatch weight should be somewhere between 65-75% 1RM
  2. C2B scale is regular unassisted pull-ups OR 2x ring rows
  3. 20min time cap

 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
