Want to Lose Fat or Add Muscle? 4/28/15

I’ve decided to offer in-depth nutritional counseling to just 10 folks. Here are the people I’m looking to work with:

5 people that want to lose at least 15lb of body-fat

5 people that want to add about 15lb of lean muscle

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, here are the requirements:
1) Body Fat measurements taken before you start and in another 12 weeks
2) Sit-down meeting with me to discuss your specific goals
2) Strict adherence to my recommendations
3) Daily check-ins with me
4) No excuses.

Cost is $35, first come first served.

EMOM f/ 8min –
On the Odd Minutes: T2B Kip Practice via Arch -> Hollow -> Pike -> T2B (3-5 reps)
On the Even Minutes: Shoulder Elevation and Depression (shrugs) in Inverted Position (10-15 reps)
 
B. MWOD:
Lat Stretch – 2 x 45s ea side
 
C. WOD:
15min AMRAP –
45 Double Unders
15 T2B
45′ HS Walk

D. Post-WOD Recovery:
T-Spine Foam Roll – 2min
