I’ve had a LOT of questions lately about not only what and how to eat from our newer members, but requests from veteran members about when we’re going to run another nutrition challenge. You have no idea how happy this makes me 🙂 So, as a short answer: very soon! First, I’d like to host an hour long Nutrition Seminar to talk about what, why, and how to eat and then lay out the details of our next challenge. As always, we encourage everyone to participate, even those not looking to lose weight…that’s not all that this is about! Having said all that, I want to get some thoughts on dates for the nutrition seminar. I was thinking we could do it on a Saturday in place of the 9am class. If you KNOW you absolutely want to be a part of this, how does July 6th work for everyone? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put your thoughts in the comments below so I can get an idea of who can or cannot make it. After we get that date set, we’ll iron out the details of the challenge!
