B. Weightlifting:

(No reverse grip)
Warm up to a moderate weight, hold bar at hips 15 sec – must face clock and watch time, no counting in your head!
Add weight an additional 4 times (total of 5 reps will be completed)
If you drop it before 15 sec… NO REP!
