Nutrition:

Keep a food journal. – Logging what you eat is a good way to remember the things you liked, as well as what you didn’t like. It also lets you see what caused any digestive issues so you can avoid it next time.

*Find a weight that you can cycle perfectly for a set of 10 reps.
