As a point of clarification – the workout for Saturday will STILL be 17.2, whatever that is, so please invite all your friends and neighbors, we will be scaling for anyone that wants to jump in!

C. WOD:
With a 30min Running Clock –
20min AMRAP –
Run 400m
Max Reps Unbroken Pull-Ups
*Notes:
1) When you drop off the bar, you run.
2) RX+ will do C2B
3) Band assisted are ok, but you may not pick a band that allows you to do more than 5 reps.
4) No, you may NOT set the bar or any weights up ahead of time.

10min to establish a 3RM Overhead Squat, bar taken from ground
