Couple Announcements:

  1. We sent out an email last week with details of the 2016 CrossFit For Glory Intramural Open that we will be doing here very soon. But there is one crucial thing I need from you (assuming you’ve signed up!): PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that upon registering you choose ‘CrossFit For Glory FishHawk’ as your home affiliate AND as your team. Even though we will be having our own in-house teams for the Intramural Open, our collective scores for the gym as a whole still matter on the online site…so please be sure to double check that!
  2. Roller Skating night is this upcoming Saturday, January 30th. It promises to be a blast!
