12min of QUALITY Handstand Push-Up Work
Your goal here is to spend some focused time working on your handstand push-ups. This could be something as basic as simply kicking up into a handstand position or even into a headstand.
If you are comfortable with those options, then work on increasing your range of motion, finding a difficulty level that allows 3-5 good reps to be done. Kipping HSPU are allowed as well.
Remember to write in the results box what you worked on. There is no “score” for this one.
