Warm up sets: 10 w/bar, 8 @ 50%, 6 @70%, 5 @ 80%, continue in this fashion until 90% is reached. Then, 3 sets to find 3 rep Max Squat

C. WOD:

10 min AMRAP –
7 Hand Release Push Ups
9 Toes To Bar
21 KB (Rx 53/35 lbs) Swings
