Gang, in case you haven’t noticed, we have started a new squatting cycle.
It is hard.
It is meant to be hard.
DO NOT avoid these days. If anything, build your week around making sure you hit these days – yes, it’s THAT important.
If we can improve your squat, everything will improve. Yes, everything. That includes all movements inside AND outside of the gym.

A. Skill:
Front Squat/Back Squat
4 x 7/13 @ 70% (of max FS) – rest 2:00
Explanation: Complete 7 Front Squats @ 70% of 1RM Front Squat, rack the bar, reset and complete 13 Back Squats @ 70% of max Front Squat (same weight). Do not rest while switching from Front to Back Squats.

Where are you limited in your squat? FIX THAT.
