10 seated med ball twists
10 passthroughs

B. Skill:

10 -15 mins hspu -work to biggest deficit kipping or strict or work to hardest progression for those that don’t have hspu.

C. WOD:

For Time –
Hspu/ Cleans (135/95)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 HSPU
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Clean

*10 HSPU, then 1 clean. 9 HSPU, then 2 cleans…so on and so forth
