Ok, to all my TLC 2.0 Peeps – today is the day you’ve all been waiting for. No, not because you can gorge yourself on whatever you like, but we get to put to test the theory that if you fuel your body with the right foods, it will perform as it was designed to…which is hopefully much improved. Just to set the bar nice and high, we’ve already had four people redo it and they saw a TEN PERCENT increase in their numbers – that is HUGE! So, come in focused, ready, and determined to do work!
