Monday the 27th is Memorial Day. In true CrossFit fashion, we will be celebrating the holiday with a very special Hero WOD known as “Murph.”
There will only be one WOD time for Monday – 9AM. This seems to be the time that works with most peoples schedules.
As always, EVERYONE is welcome and able to participate. Even though it seems rather daunting, scaling is an option…an encouraged one at that. So, I expect to see everyone who does not already have plans to be here and ready to conquer this beast!
