Yes, its supposed to be cold out. Yes, we’re running. It’s only 600m total. Yes, some of you will skip the WOD because of those things. And that’s cool (no pun intended)…your fitness told me to tell you ‘thanks.’ Also, people outside of Florida told me to make sure and tell you to toughen up. And lastly, do you think Captain Veronica above, of #teampowercleansandpizza , will skip out because of some chilly weather? Put on a hoodie (especially the sweet CFG one if you’ve been around long enough!), some long socks, and GET INTO THE BOX!
