Today, we’re going to spend time delving into a few things that tie together to make your toes to bar better. Or perhaps, get you to your first one.
1) Active Shoulder in hollow AND arch
2) Aggressive arch position coupled with a big push away being the driving force behind closing the distance between toes and bar
3) To be determined by your coach
B. MWOD:

C. WOD:
20min AMRAP –
Run 800m
30 Sit-Ups
RX+ will do 15 unbroken T2B – If you come off the bar before 15, you have to start back at zero.
