I just wanted to give you all a heads up that this week (9/23-9/27) will be a week of testing many of the lifts we’ve been working on over the last training cycle. So, what does that mean for you? Simple: SHOW UP every single day, give it your best shot, then go home and recover!
Yes, you read correctly – I need/want all of you to be at the box every single day…no matter what level of membership you have.
It’s one week, one hour each day, five hours total. Actually, if you just want to come in and knock out the lifting portion and leave, that’s fine with me too. But please, just come in.
Testing our progress is an incredibly important part of our training as it allows us an opportunity to not only evaluate how well you all are doing, but also how well our programming is developing your overall fitness.
