This week we will be testing lots of things – most important will be the front and back squat. We will be doing those Tuesday and Friday, respectively. Over the past 10 weeks, you have all put in a TON of hard work – please be sure to be present for at least those two days. I will do my best not to wreck you the remainder of the week!!
