Silly Jerks…4/29/14

I know that many of you around the gym have heard me talk about athletes that I coach in my “off” hours. Well, for those that don’t, one is one of our amazing coaches at CFG – Jay Bradley. The other is the head coach and co-owner of CrossFit Fenrir, Olly Goddard. This past weekend, I was given the honor to tag along with Olly and his lovely wife Anitra up to Atlanta for him to try out for a spot on a team in the newly created “National Pro Fitness League.” Long story short – he wound up walking out with a very special hoodie:


Congrats Olly!! Next stop – VEGAS BABY!!

Sometime this week, I’m going to write up a post of what it was like to spend an entire weekend with this guy. Many of you, especially the ones who have your eyes fixated on specific goals for yourself, will love to read this, so be on the lookout!!
