Most of you may already know this, but the thing you do in the gym everyday, this “CrossFit” stuff, it’s actually a full-blown sport nowadays. Yep, full-on competitions, world-wide sponsors (anyone heard of Reebok?), huge amounts of prize money…just for exercising and bettering your health…and your life in general. Want to know the coolest part of the whole CrossFit movement? All of the amazing people world-wide, doing crazy WODs at the ‘box’, like YOU, are responsible for it. Those of you that leave your blood, sweat, and tears on the mat each day are the reason for this thing getting as big as quickly as it has. We, the fitness community, are forever indebted to you. Together, we are changing the way the world views health and fitness one WOD at a time. You all are the heart and soul of this sport, so be proud. As for me, I’m just happy to be a witness to you all changing your lives. Thanks for making every day so fun for me, I L-O-V-E every minute of it!
