1) Baseline WOD for the LBM Experiment
2) Registration opens for the 2015 CF Games Open
(And keep in mind folks that I post the night before, so the day to which the above verbiage is referring in Thursday…don’t have a panic attack!)
Handstand Holds, Handstand Walks, or Shoulder Touches –
Walk as far as possible in 30s
Hold Handstand against wall for 30s (practice freestanding by tapping your toes away from wall). Choose eyes facing wall when upside down to make it harder.
If you are somewhere in between, try shoulder touches.
Banded OH Lat Stretch – 3 x 30s ea side
5 RFT –
12 KB Swings (53/35)
9 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Lat Foam Roll – 2min ea side
