New Burpee Rule…5/1/13

You all knew this was coming…we’ve been talking about it for a while now so here it is, the brand new “Burpee Rule:”
If you arrive late, you will have 10 burpees + the # of minutes you were late in burpees. So that there is no confusion, here’s an example:
Class Time: 9am
Arrival Time: 9:06
Total Burpees: 16
I know that was tough math, but trust me it’s correct, haha!
And don’t bother arguing that “your” clock says you are on time…that one doesn’t time your WODs. Just come in, look up, and rep em out!
Tell your friends and fellow CFG-ers, we start it today, May 1st!
Good luck to Chuck as he deploys for a few months today! We will certainly miss you buddy, but will pray for your safe return. Now, go tell Stacie to get her tail in so she can dominate you when you get back!!

The Calf-Ham-Smashwich (sorry we skipped this on Tuesday, we’ll get it today!)
40 Burpees
50 Double Unders
30 Burpees
50 Double Unders
20 Burpees
50 Double Unders
1. 15min cap
2. If you’ve been at CFG for 3 months or more, you MUST do/attempt double unders. I will pick out others who have to suffer through them as well 🙂
