For most of us, 14.3 has come and gone. However, you can tell by the way that we walk and gingerly bend over for things that the pain of that WOD still lingers! Or maybe, as my wife reminds me each day, I am just getting old. After everyone has finished with this one, I’ll recap the highlights for you – there were plenty!
Keeping in mind how many of you are feeling, I didn’t figure it’d be nice (or intelligent) to program much heavy loading today. So, here is what we’re doing today:
