Needless to say, this was the closest race we’ve seen for the title of “Fittest on Earth” in quite some time. Rich Froning and Camille Leblanc-Bazinet took home the crowns this time around. So for another year, the fittest woman on earth does not hail from the USA…which of you CFG ladies want to step up?!?!

Push Press – 12min to 20RM (yes, that reads TWENTY)

Protraction/ Retraction – 3 x 15
 
C. WOD:

25 Sit-Ups
50 Shoulder Touches
50′ OH Walking Lunge (45/25)
 
RX+ :
25 GHD Sit-Ups
50′ HS Walk
50′ OH Walking Lunge (45/25)
