Well, we had an incredibly good time at the goal-setting roundtable yesterday. A lot of information was exchanged between myself and all who showed up. But fret not, if you weren’t able to make it we are in the process of putting together a document with everything that was covered. 15min to 1RM Split Jerk (focus here is on making your footwork perfect. After all, thats the reason behind the vast majority of misses we see!)

Footwork Drills – pay attention to your spacing both horizontally and front to back as well as balance.
