Perfection is not the goal. – Don’t strive to be perfect when it comes to nutrition, just strive to be better than you’ve been. There is no wrong way to do this, and even a flawed attempt will produce significant results compared to eating typical fare.




A. Warm-Up:
Fire up the posterior chain

B. Weightlifting:
15-20min to find a Heavy 5 Partner Deadlift

C. Metcon:

3RFT, with a partner:
20 Partner Deadlifts (225/155)
30 Synchronized Air Squats
*For the air squats, both partners must be in the bottom position at the same time for the rep to count.


Post WOD Recovery:

Sitting Forward Fold – 2min
