Yolanda is almost done with all of her Masters Qualifier workouts – Jay finished up Sunday afternoon. Because of the sensitive nature of their scores, I won’t post anything online. But I’m sure if you catch them out and about…or at the gym…maybe they’ll let you know! Also, Yolanda is planning her last event for 10am on Monday if you want to stay and watch her get some MUSCLE-UPS!

What will improve your deadlift positioning?
Deadlift – 20min to establish a heavy single
*Notes: there is a difference between “heavy single” and “1RM.” Know the difference!
With a barbell loaded to 40 percent of your max deadlift:
15 cleans for time
12 cleans for time
9 cleans for time
Rest as needed between each set. You will record the time it takes to complete each set.
