Back Squat –
4×4 @ 70% (30s rest)
3×3 @ 75% (30s rest)
3×2 @ 80% (45s rest)
*Note: Sets at each % will be performed without re-racking the bar. For example, at 70% you will perform 4 reps, stand with the bar on your back for 30s, then perform 4 more reps, stand for 30s, 4 more, stand for 30s, 4 more and then rack the bar. You will rest 2min between each %.
