10 -> 1 Hang Power Clean (135/95)
1 -> 10 Handstand Push-Ups
*Notes:
1) Scaled will do 2x hand release push-ups
2) Time Cap = NO
3) This means you’ll do 10 HPC, then 1 HSPU, then 9 HPC, then 2 HSPU, all the way until you reach 1 HPC and 10 HSPU.
