It's Not That Bad…Really, It's Not…7/18/14

Last year when we did this WOD, a bunch more people showed up to do it than I would have ever thought would. It was a proud moment of mine considering how bad this WOD looks. Truth be told, it’s really not. And everyone finished under the time cap. You’ve all done FAR WORSE in the past. Even this week, you’ve done worse WODs. Anyhow, Janine requested that we redo it for her birthday.
That takes care of birthday #1 that we have.
The second birthday is Coach Tim’s! His birthday WOD will be done at the 10am Saturday session. Come if you dare!
