Grand Finale…8/4/13

Tomorrow I will recap the AMAZING weekend we had while doing the “31 Heroes” WOD…great time had by all!!

For those that don’t know, we are wrapping up our Summer Nutrition Challenge this week. All the participants have done so well – we are extremely proud. As you see them this week, please give them some kudos and words of encouragement as they make the final push to finalize this thing…after all, they’re not just doing this to look good naked and improve their health, they’re also trying to win a PILE of money!!
For the participants:

There are a couple things that MUST be done before the finale:
  1. Final Pictures
  2. Retest of performance benchmark
Both of these things have to be done either Monday the 5th (tomorrow) or Tuesday the 6th (Tuesday).
If possible, please try and wear the same clothes as you did for the initial shot. No big deal if you don’t remember exactly what you had on, but it’d be helpful for the voting process. More on that (voting) later this week!
For the performance benchmark, you will have an opportunity to complete the WOD either Monday or Tuesday. If you cannot do it one of those days, please email me and we’ll set something up off-hours.
