Whose name will be up there first?!

It’s about time we had another mini-challenge in the gym. This time around, it’s going to be very skill based. In order to improve on this one, you MUST PRACTICE! Thankfully, you can do this anytime – in or out of the box, you just need a jump rope and a place to hang from.
And don’t worry, if you’re not here to do this one today, you can hit it next time you’re in!
A. Skill:
Ring Dip & Ring Push-Up
 
B. WOD: “Skills Challenge”
NOT For Time –
1) Max Distance Handstand Walk OR Max Effort Shoulder Touches
2) 2 Minutes Max Effort Double Unders
3) Max Effort Unbroken Pull-Ups

Rules:

a) Only 3 Attempts at each movement per day

b) Scale pull-ups as needed

c) Someone MUST validate your performance(s)

 
*Note: Top score does not mean anything, so don’t be discouraged…we’re going for biggest IMPROVEMENT! I smell prizes…
