It’s about time we had another mini-challenge in the gym. This time around, it’s going to be very skill based. In order to improve on this one, you MUST PRACTICE! Thankfully, you can do this anytime – in or out of the box, you just need a jump rope and a place to hang from.

b) Scale pull-ups as needed
